Refund and delivery policy

Both products are digital files (PDF and Word). Nothing is shipped. This page sums up when you get a fix or a refund. The full wording is in our terms of sale.

How you get your files

• Year of Toolbox Talks ($19): download buttons appear on the thank-you page right after payment, and the links are emailed to you.
• Custom JHA ($29): prepared after payment and usually emailed within 15 minutes. The thank-you page shows its progress and the download buttons when it is ready.
• If anything has not arrived within one business day, email help@jobstepsafety.com and we resend it.

Custom JHA: free fixes, then refunds

A Custom JHA is made for your task from the answers you confirm before paying, so we do not refund a change of mind. What you get instead:

• Free fixes and changes for 14 days after delivery. Reply to the delivery email with what is wrong or what to change, and we send updated files at no cost.
• A full refund if we do not deliver your JHA, if we cannot fix a problem you report within 3 business days, or if you were charged twice for one order.

Year of Toolbox Talks: 14-day refund

If the pack is not right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full amount. No reason needed. One refund per customer, and the download links stop working once the refund is made.

How to ask

Email help@jobstepsafety.com from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your delivery email. We answer within one business day. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
