Help with an order

To find your order fast, send it from the email address you used at checkout and include one of these:

the transaction ID from your thank-you page (it starts with pi_), or
the date of the purchase and the product name.

You can also reply to your delivery email. It comes to the same inbox.

Common requests

Files have not arrived. Check your spam folder first. If they are not there, email us and we resend them the same day.
A change or fix to your Custom JHA. Tell us what to change. Fixes and changes are free for 14 days after delivery.
A refund. See the refund policy for when refunds apply and how to ask.
A mistake on a free page. Tell us the page and the line. We check it against the source and correct it.

Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. Most problems are fixed or refunded within a day, which is much faster than a bank dispute. The charge shows on your statement as JOBSTEP SAFETY.
